How to Access Your Plesk Panel from Your WHMCS Client Area

If you’re managing your hosting through us, you don’t need to memorize any extra login links. Your Plesk panel is available right inside the client area. It’s quick, and once you’ve seen it, it becomes second nature.

Here’s how to get in:

1. Log in to your client area
Use your normal billing portal login. If you’ve forgotten the password at any point, the reset option is right there on the page.

2. Go to “Services”
You’ll see a menu at the top (or a dashboard tile, depending on the layout). Click “Services” then select My Services. This shows all the hosting plans you have with us.

3. Open the hosting package
Pick the specific service you want to manage. That takes you to the product details page.

4. Look for the “Login to Plesk” or “Plesk Control Panel” button
Most WHMCS templates put this button under the Management Actions, Actions, or One-Click Login section.
Tap it once. WHMCS will automatically authenticate you and take you straight into your Plesk dashboard. No extra passwords or redirects to worry about.

5. If the button isn’t showing
A few things might be going on:

  • The service is still being provisioned.

  • The domain or username in WHMCS doesn’t match the one in Plesk.

  • The hosting account hasn’t synced yet.

In cases like that, just reach out to support and we’ll check the Plesk API connection for your account.

That’s it.
Once you’re inside Plesk, you can manage files, email accounts, databases, SSL, backups, and everything else tied to your hosting.

If you run into any errors or the login button fails, contact support with your service name and we’ll sort it out quickly.
